| Tonight, we’re tasting six different oranges wines, starting with refreshing but textured, short-macerated fizzy wine from Emilia-Romagna. Then, three different orange wines made from aromatic grape varieties: one from the Ionian Island of Kefalonia; another from Alsace; and yet another from our own backyard, with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Los Angeles basin. To finish, a xarel·lo-based wine from Catalonia with minerals out the wazoo. |
